When your copying files from your iPhone to windows PC,
You might encounter this error.
Try this fix.
On iOS 13, Go to settings > Photos, Scroll down and you'll find this option "Transfer to MAC or PC". Choose Keep originals.
Plug you phone again in to the pc and try to copy files. This should work.
